Join our community for an lovely evening of Olympic memories and innovation: catch Zeus Olympic horse in Paris on the forecourt, explore the “Zeus, chef-d’œuvre d’artisans” exhibit revealing sketches, hinges and artisan secrets behind the mechanics, and dive deeper into Musée des Arts et Métiers, home to Foucault’s pendulum, Pascal’s calculator and centuries of French inventions.

Why so special about Zeus, the olympic horse?

Zeus isn’t static: the 14m silver icon from Paris 2024 sparks to life every few minutes with a 1-min gallop, freezing passersby in awe. Inside MUAM’s stunning abbey-turned-museum, the exhibit pulls back the curtain on its craft while surrounded by tech legends, think reliving Olympics amid real genius.

  • Date: Friday, February 27, 2026
  • Meet: 6:30pm, front of museum (60 Rue Réaumur, 75003)
  • Free museum: 6-9pm (exhibit till March 29, 2026)
  • Community members: RSVP for the event, so we’ll know who will be there.
